Precautions for using laser tube of laser engraving machine

Laser engraving machine is a kind of advertising equipment commonly used in our advertising industry. It mainly processes various non-metal advertising boards. Let us briefly understand the precautions of using the laser tube of laser engraving machine.

Precautions for using laser tube of laser engraving machine

1. Distilled or purified water is recommended for cooling water. We should always pay attention to the temperature of the cooling water. The temperature of the water should be controlled within the range of 25 ℃ -30 ℃. It should not be too high or too low. Once the water temperature is too high, the cooling water should be replaced or shut down for a while. The cooling water must not be frozen in cold areas, especially after the laser is stopped, the cooling water should not be left in the laser tube to prevent the cooling water from freezing and causing the burst.

2. The flow of cooling water should be controlled between 2L ~ 4L / min.

3. The cooling water return port must be covered with water in the water tank, otherwise the cooling water in the laser tube will not be filled every time it is turned on.

4. When using, first connect to the cooling water, adjust the position of the outlet pipe using the principle of low inlet and high outlet, make sure that the cooling water is filled with the cooling pipe, there are no air bubbles in the tube, and then turn on the power.

5. The two support points are on the 1/4 length point of the laser tube.

5. The two support points are on the 1/4 length point of the laser tube.

6. During the operation of the laser engraving and cutting machine, care should be taken to avoid the generated smoke from splashing onto the surface of the output window.

7. If the output window surface is contaminated during operation, the power will decrease. At this time, we can use absorbent cotton or silk cloth dipped in absolute alcohol to gently wipe the outer surface of the output window.

8. During the debugging process, adjust the laser tube support point or rotate the laser tube to achieve the best output, and then fix the laser tube.

9. Avoid dust accumulation near the high-voltage electrode, keep it dry, and keep the high-voltage end away from the metal to prevent high-voltage sparks and discharges.

10. When the laser is in use, there must be no scale formation in the cooling tube, otherwise the cooling water will be blocked and the heat dissipation effect will be deteriorated. Once scale appears, the cooling tube can be washed with 20% dilute hydrochloric acid to remove the scale.

12. The laser tube is made of glass. Avoid local force or impact during installation.

13. The laser tube is rationalized to save laser energy, and the working current of the laser tube is controlled below the rated working current.
